Hello I’m Sarah Turnbull.  I'm an independent Domestic Energy Assessor (IDEA) based in Reading, Berkshire.  I can help anyone living in England and Wales.  I provide Residential, Energy Performance Certificates and Home Information Packs .     I also offer excellent inventory, floorplan and property description services.

This website has been designed to inform home buyers, sellers and commercial and private letting agents about the Domestic Energy Assessments and the HIP’s packs.

As an Independent Domestic Energy Assessor, I will provide you with an  energy rating for the property and recommendations on how to improve energy consumption.
