What You Should Receive

1. An Energy Performance Certificate which will show a grading from A to G (A being the most energy efficient) and give a list of recommendations for improving the energy efficiency.
2. A basic floor plan showing the dimensions of the rooms within the property and the heat loss perimeters (HLP).
3. A selection of photographs that may be interesting to a potential buyer.
